At Studio LaSalle, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure every client leaves satisfied. However, we understand that expectations may not always be met. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Same-Day Refunds Only: Refunds are only available on the same day as the service was provided.

  • In-Salon Requests Required: If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify the salon staff before leaving your appointment. Once you have left the premises, we will not be able to process a refund for any reason.

  • No Refunds After Leaving: Once you exit the salon, all services are considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Service Adjustments: If you are unhappy with your hair service, we are happy to offer a correction at no additional charge if requested before leaving the salon.
